Hannah was born in 1984 and grew up in the Cotswolds, UK. After graduating from university, she spent 15 years teaching physics, first in the UK, then in Thailand, Malaysia, Austria and Jordan. It was during this period that she began writing children’s stories and later novels for adults, inspired by the imaginations of the youngsters she was teaching.
