These characters (some of them) feel more and more like family with each book and each page (they want to beat you up one minute, cry together the next, and sometimes laugh until you pee yourself). The pain shown felt so real and raw and it made me want to cry with them.

The sizzling scenes were hot and only occasionally felt like bad timing ?. The constant jokes kill me every time, but some of the jokes make me a little worried about what’s going on in the minds of these sisters ;). This is very long, so be prepared to hide for a few days or more, or be prepared to have to take breaks.
Taking breaks could be good for your mental health. Multiple point of view. Obviously, I have chapters that aren’t as important to me, but offer either a fuller picture or comic relief (or both). I enjoyed every sweet, sensual, enticing and hilarious interaction these characters had and either love or hate each and every one of them so much. They are brought to life beautifully on these pages. And if you want it to be shorter, remember that they definitely could and left us 5 more brutal cliffhangers for more books ?. I am very excited for book 9 and very sad to know that this will be the end of his story.
The cliffhanger isn’t as bad as book 7. There is a cliffhanger, but it’s not one you think about. You’ll know when you get there. This is not challenging the authors to write another cliffhanger, please no more. I really want the ending. I want to read book 9 as it ends. One last time, I want to spend more time with the main characters: Darcy, Tory, Orion and the Heirs, not the minor characters.
As much as I love this series, I want the ending.
