Rhea’s best friend Harmonia is the focus of the final book in the Saints Academy series. This book follows Harmonia after the Furies, three men who have a very specific job in the underworld, kidnap her. These three men, Malik, Talon and Alexi also have a history with Harmonia and have no intention of letting her go.
KC Kean does a great job introducing readers to The Furies and their world. Harmonia is as resolute as ever, and her relationships with the Three Furies are fantastic. There’s a lot of drama, fear, action and heat. I really liked this book and it saddens me that the Saints Academy series is coming to an end.

I’m so glad I got the Harmonia book because after the little taste of the ending to Damaged Souls I really wanted this story! While Harmonia was a fabulous best friend of Rhea’s, it was amazing to see her as the main character in her own story, and boy did she have a story. Malik, Alexi, and Talon kidnapped Harmonia at the end of DS and put her in a cell in the basement. Let’s just say it doesn’t take long. Damage is a FORCE and I don’t want to put it on its bad side. She’s b*da$$, sassy, flawless and an amazing FMC.
When she meets the boys, she’s no doubt angry, but the more time the characters spend together and the more she learns about the boys’ work and the world they live in, things start to change. The development of the relationship between her and each of the boys is different and each at their own pace and that’s what I love about this story.
Although this is a “standalone” book, you must read the Saints Academy series to understand this book; Don’t worry, it’s definitely a series worth losing in. If you’re like me and love crossover and were expecting Rhea and her boys to appear in this book, they definitely do (more than once ?) and I loved every moment!
I love KC Kean: how he builds a story, how characters develop, his writing style…everything. It had everything I expected with lots of feeling, an amazing storyline different from Rhea and fantastic characters. If you don’t know if you should read this, do it! You will not regret it. I can’t wait to see where KC goes next, but you can bet it’s going to be something amazing!
