Dashing Mr Snow is a fabulous little Christmas novel by Alexis Winter. This book is completely self-contained, so if you’re looking for an entertaining and engaging short read, this is a good choice.

I love this little Christmas story! I couldn’t put it down and devoured every moment in one session.

Alex Snow is a young billionaire and CEO of his father’s company, which he took over after his father’s death. Sadie Emmert is about 10 years his junior and a member of his sales team. Although they have had little contact since their orientation about 2 years ago, Sadie Alex caught her eye immediately and let’s just say all the stars lined up at just the right time for these two when Sadie’s friend wanted a break and a lift with one Bottle stuck of cheap rum set the stage for bonds that can’t be broken.

The dashing Mr Snow has all the makings of a great romantic comedy. There’s an instant attraction between these two, which plays out in this hilarious and silly joke full of innuendos but truths. The tensions that simmered between these two were high, although they didn’t really materialize until later in the second half of the story, so it’s also a bit slow. I liked the character of Alex. He was a little shy and reserved, but when he looked out of his shell he was very quiet and funny, not at all what you find in many billionaire CEO characters, especially the ones who have nothing to keep their jobs but them Company. . Sadie was a darling.

Somehow she hated that despite all the signs and realization of how awful her relationship with Tim was, she still had that little glimmer of hope or affection for that relationship. But having witnessed such relationships in real life made her character seem more real. However, it didn’t mitigate how badly he wanted to shake her when she literally had an almost perfect swooned man vying for her affections!
