Control Me is the second book in the Corrupted Royals series of linked standalone books. I couldn’t wait to read Abbie and Nikolai’s story after watching Destroy Me! And it didn’t disappoint! Please read the Activation Warnings before reading this. It’s a heavy read that will have you in all your feelings! I really shed more than a some tears for this couple! Abbie is so strong, even in her darkest moments when she doesn’t feel like it. And Nikolai was so sweet and gentle to her.
It was definitely a marshmallow with Abbie and I loved it! Abbie was brave and wasn’t afraid to show Nikolai how she felt right from the start. Nikolai was grumpy but also protective and possessive of Abbie. These two had such a connection from the start and I’m so happy they finally got there happily ever after. I also loved that we got cameos from the other characters in this world and also I can’t wait for more!

My heart be still! There is so much to love about this story! Once again this author shows me why I love her stories. The characters are lovable and I keep falling in love with them. And this time it’s Nikolai and Abigail who have captured my heart. While there might be a slight age difference, I knew Abigail would be the one to break Nikolai’s icy exterior.
He’s all alpha and so handsome, and when it comes to Abigail, all bets are off. Abigail is a breath of fresh air with lots of sass and I need to see how I’m her friend. She is determined to make Nikolai a part of her life. When something happens to Abigail, my heart melts at how Nikolai helped her. As for their chemistry? Let’s just say I thought my Kindle would catch fire!
Typically, this author touches on a subject that may be difficult for some to read, but she writes it with such grace and dignity that it makes reading easier. I love mafia stories of all styles and I love mixing different styles. I really can’t express how much you need this story in your life! Pure shine!
