After reading the previous book, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the second part of the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before series. This series of books has become a new addiction of mine and I can’t seem to get enough of this delightful story.

In “P S I Still Love You” we see Peter and Lara Jean embark on a new journey when the real feelings come into the play. A journey where they no longer intended to be in a relationship with each other, which came with its own set of challenges. One such challenger is Peter’s ex-girlfriend, Genevieve, who has her sights set on Peter and will do whatever it takes to make him hers again.

Another challenge was the final recipient of a love letter from Lara Jean: John Ambrose McClaren. John is thoughtful, handsome and a complete gentleman. Lara also noticed these amazing qualities in the John, which caused quite a stir.

I wasn’t sure if it’s possible, but after reading this book I’m even more excited about Peter. I really enjoyed seeing his determination and dedication to the relationship between him and Lara Jean. I also enjoyed watching him and Lara Jean grow individually and together as a couple. Their connection and devotion to each other is so adorable and melts my heart every time.

I want to reiterate how beautifully and effortlessly this book is written. It has such an authentic and natural flow of events that every event in the book feels very real and relatable. Aside from an incredible plot, this natural and effortless flow of events is the reason I will continue to read this series of books and other books by this author.

Overall “P S I Still Love You” is a joyous, very heartwarming, and very lovable read that will leave the lasting smile onto your face. If you enjoyed the previous book, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, you’ll definitely enjoy the second part of this series of books.

Entering the realm of book 2 in a series is always interesting. Sometimes I hesitate, wondering if it lives up to the anticipation, anticipation, and love of the first book. However, I have to give the author credit for staying true to her main characters but giving her plot variety in the second book. Jenny Han kept her character development on the same fun, silly, and relatable roller coaster, and she loved every split second!

Lara Jean’s character matures in many ways throughout this book. The development of her feelings for Peter, her distracted feelings for John, and her devotion to her sisters provided wonderful and surprising twists throughout the story.

I know there will be some die-hard Peter fans and some John fans as well after reading this second part. To be honest, I’m a bit torn about how things turned out. Lara Jean handled the situation with Peter and Gen much better than I imagined, or anyone else. She could totally understand her side of things with her. She asked for honesty, and while I think she’s right to allow her jealousy and her comparison to Gen to be the motivation for some of her feelings and actions, I think Peter’s character has a part to play as well. fault.

Anyone would be hurt to see how much Gen still trusts Peter and how often he comes to his aid. While I applaud Peter for his sensitivity and loyalty, I see Lara Jean’s purpose in wanting honesty and not feeling like she comes second in her life. She made some very good points that I think a lot of people in similar relationships would question as well.

Even seeing Peter’s dedication and kindness, I think she would have gotten a clue sooner. He could have at least let Lara know when he was going to see the Gen. He could have been as open about the situation as possible, even if he couldn’t share Gen’s secret. I agree with Lara Jean that Gen is manipulative and could have used their family problems to keep Peter. So being honest with Lara Jean would have been very helpful. I guess I’m posting all of this because it will also help make my next case a little easier.
John Ambrose McClaren.

First of all, her name is definitely memorable lol. I liked the introduction to his character. The pen pal between him and Lara Jean was adorable. It was nice that they became friends with her, and it was nice to find out that he was (and still is) in love with her too.

Second, he was a beautiful character. I loved his intentions, thoughtfulness and support for Lara Jean at the USO dance. Her fight in the snow was kind of cliche but fun to read.

Finally, a small part of me wishes I had given John more opportunities. It would have been really nice to see their relationship. I like Peter, don’t get me wrong, but I felt like I would have added more to the story if I could have continued with John. I suppose she would have felt better if he had given Peter a chance to really separate himself from Gen and see Lara Jean’s point of view a little more clearly.

I think that John and Lara Jean had a lot more in common in a lot of the ways. Their hard work and appreciation for the scholars was a common thread, as was their past friendship. They enjoyed each other’s humor very much and could talk things over quite easily. They both helped out in the senior community, and he also tried to be considerate and kind to the Kitty, who liked Peter better. Also, there wasn’t an ex-girlfriend who followed his every move, recorded the private moment and released it for the entire school/public, and didn’t try to get between the two of them at every opportunity. So at least they got off to a better start.

I know that die-hard Peter fans would disagree, and I like opinions like that. I’m not saying that i am dissatisfied with the ending of the book or the direction Jenny Han took. She still loved him for the who she was and I love the Peter. I think just a small part of me was hoping for a little more opportunity for the characters to grow, even if they’ve been apart for a while (or longer than the book gave us).

That said, I loved this book very much, I’m happy with the ending and I would definitely read it again until it falls apart. I loved all the characters and also enjoyed their personalities and the humor.
