She is a dancer who works by tilting the bar to one side to support herself. When her ex-boyfriend enters the club, you can imagine his surprise, and he’s equally surprised that he works for one of the worst crime families in his club.

She and Gabriel DeLuca were a couple in high school and she can still feel how she felt about him like it was yesterday and she ends up telling him all her secrets and then he just disappears which really upsets her and her stresses until he reappears. Someday. However, he’s acting strange and even looks a bit different, but she’s so relieved to see him that she doesn’t really pay him much attention. However, when he breaks into her apartment in the middle of the night, it doesn’t take long for her to realize that he’s not Gabriel, but her twin brother Dom Faces.

Coming from a powerful Italian family, he quickly rose through the ranks and helped make this something everyone is proud of. Look, a life Rose is totally against and proud of. However, when his brother leaves a cryptic message to take care of a woman before disappearing, Dom is shocked to learn it’s his Rosie. The girl he loved first and that Dom stole from her. A woman he still has feelings for and who could border on obsession. However, she doesn’t want anything to do with him.

And that’s all I can tell you because a lot happens in this book. It’s a mob romance, after all, and there’s a constant flow of things and moments that will have you on the edge of your chair, and two characters that you’ll absolutely fall in love with. This is a great book and I can’t wait to see what we have next in this world.
